Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

Gift cards and promotional codes are valid only for the period and under the conditions indicated at the time of issuance. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, even partially, except where required by law.

Promotional codes must be applied before completing the order and cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise specified.

The improper use of codes, such as their unauthorized reproduction or distribution, will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account and potential legal action under Article 2598 of the Italian Civil Code regarding unfair competition.
